CYBERBULLYING: STEP 4 - DEVELOP ALTERNATIVES; IDENTIFY POSSIBLE SOLUTION

STRENGTHS

SOLUTION 1 : PARENT'S ROLE (IKHWAN)

1) Parental control using application to control their children phone.

2) Parents was their first teacher and they listen very well to their parents

SOLUTION 2 : SCHOOL'S ROLE (FELICIA)

1) Teacher's can easily track the emotions and atmosphere in class because student spend most time in school

2) Counsellors in school can help

3) Students be educated the consequences of cyberbullying

4) Students will know actions they can take as bystanders.

SOLUTION 3 : SOCIAL MEDIA'S ROLE (VISHNU)

1) The ability to blocking and reporting.

2) Developed educational materials.

3) Provide advices.

4) Bring awareness through ads

5) Doing antibullying campaigns

6) Able to filter abusive words out of the comments

WEAKNESS

SOLUTION 1 : PARENT'S ROLE (HANANI)

1) Parents nowadays like to pamper their children with the gadget

2) Parents don't aware and did not monitor their children activities on media social.

SOLUTION 2 : SCHOOL'S ROLE (AIZU)

1) Every school staffs need to be trained on what is cyberbullying, school policies and implement anti-cyberbullying policies in the classroom.

SOLUTION 3 : SOCIAL MEDIA'S ROLE (VISHNU)

1) They having a hard time managing billions of account holders and also hesitate to punish users unless it is a serious problem.

2) Also having a hard time in judging malicious intent posts which is categorized as cyberbullying.
