Both the victim and people who witness bullying can report the posts. Some companies also develop educational materials in cooperation with e-safety nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that teach children about positive online relationships in an attempt to stop bullying and also got supervised machine learning as anti-bullying educational materials.
