2.0 PHASE 1 STEP 1 - PLANNING AND GROUP COORDINATION (TASK FOR 2^ND WEEK)

Group formation	Felicia	i) Everyone invited by Felicia Yap into WhatsApp group after the group formation. ii) Then we introduced ourselves.
Group name	All the group members	i) We make some suggestions for the group name. ii) Finally we came up with Samsung, based on smartphone companies.
Group member	All the group members	i) After forming the group’s name, we decided to choose a leader for our group. ii) Ikhwan volunteered himself to be our group leader.
Group profile	Group Leader	i) Then our leader gave each member a role in the group. ii) Now every member in our group have our own roles to accomplish for the upcoming tasks.
What your group topic	All the group members	i) Based on the Current Issues Discovery (CID) Project, every member in our group suggested some ideas for global issues       which is considered as worldwide problems. ii) Finally we came up with Cyberbullying which is one of the crucial problem in the world. iii) We finalized that our group is going to select cyberbullying as       our Current Issues Discovery (CID) Project.

Task planning	Group Leader	i) After we have chosen our topic for the Current Issues Discovery (CID) Project, our group leader assigned each member to solve the task given. ii) Every member did their part successfully in solving the task given.
Justify why this topic	All the group member	We chose this topic because cyberbullying is an issue that increasingly these days especially when our technology becomes more and more advanced. Cyberbullying can be a more serious social phenomenon in the future and it requires proper prevention and treatment. We also choose this topic to raise awareness about the issue and to have necessary measures to prevent cyberbullying for safety and peaceful life in the future.

3.0 PHASE 1 STEP 2 - IDENTIFY PROBLEM & ANALYSE PROBLEM [10%]

Searching for main problem	1) Vishnu remind the group about this task. 2) Group leader give the task to the group members to find the information on the task given	i) Discuss in the group on how to find the main problem of the particular issues using the application of 4W1H. ii) Find all the materials or article on the internet as a reference to find the best solution for particular issues.
Gathering information	3) Felicia and Aizu sent examples of article about the task given. 4) Hanani compile all the data given by the group members.	i) Each of the group members takes one of the application of 4W1H to brainstorming the issue. ii) The group member share their opinion and info based on the application of 4W1H towards the main problem of our chosen topic.
Information narrative	All the group members	i) Each of the group members writes a narrative essay according to the 4W1H they took.
Deep and critical analysis	All the group members	i) Each of the group members brainstorming the 4W1H information from the previous step.
Conclusion	All the group members	Discuss the conclusion based on the main problem.

4.0 PHASE 1 STEP 3 - SEARCH FOR INFORMATION, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT, AND LOOKING FOR SOLUTION [10%]

Identify alternative solution by literature review	All the group members	i)  Collect information about the solutions on cyberbullying. ii) List down all the solutions found in the WhatsApp group.
List out founded solution	All the group members	i) Discuss all the problem-solving ideas among the member. ii) Write a narrative essay to summarize and further elaborate on the idea of solutions.

5.0 PHASE 1 STEP 4 - SYNTHESIS: IDENTIFY POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS (DEVELOP ALTERNATIVES) [10%]

Deep analysis on the alternative solution	All the group members	i) Discuss the strength and the weakness of the problem-solving ideas listed in step 3. ii)  List down the advantages and disadvantages of each solution.
Deep discussion on final solution	All the group members	i)  All the group members choose a solution to do a video about its strength and weakness. ii) Give the idea of the solution clearly in the videos. iii)  Compile the videos and upload it on YouTube and KALAM.
Justify the solution	All the group members	i) Discuss group suggestion of solution based on material found or own experiences.

6.0 PHASE 2 STEP 1 – DECISION MAKING: SELECT THE BEST SOLUTION THROUGH INTERVIEW WITH EXPERTS [20%]

Online interview planning	1)Hanani looking for the person to be interview. 2)Ikhwan in charge of interviewing the expert.	i) Looking for an expert and make an appointment with the expert. ii)  Discuss who is going to interview the expert.
Questions development	Felicia, Aizu and Vishnu prepare for the questions to be asked.	i)   Collect and list down all the questions that we are going to question. ii)  Send the questions list and our blog link to the expert.
How you conduct the online interview	1)Hanani and Ikhwan interview the expert.	The online interview is carried out in Zoom and is recorded.
How your group analyze the feedback from online interview	All the group members	i)Discuss the result of the interview with the group members and write a narrative essay about it.
How your group agree to select a conclusion for solution	All the group members	i)Select the best conclusion for the solution by votes after discussing the strength and weakness of each solution and referring expert’s view. Write a narrative essay about the best solution made.
How your group complete all the task and report using MS Word or Google Doc.	All the group members	All the group members send their task completion in the WhatsApp group and one of the member will help to combine all.
